As a direct result of members standing together and voicing our concerns, we’ve secured meaningful improvements to the support we’ll receive from NAB. 

Here’s what we’ve won 

For all Knox colleagues 

• An enhanced flexible work arrangements process, providing greater certainty and clearer access to work from home options. 
• A relocation payment of $3200 (gross) for affected colleagues. 

For GOC colleagues 

• Revised rostering arrangements tailored to the feedback of the GOC team. 
• An extension to the ‘24/7 worker additional week of annual leave entitlement’ for an additional 12 months. 

For Critical Facilities and Trades colleagues 

• Greater engagement and transparency regarding the transition pathway. 
• These improvements are a big win for members and demonstrates what we can achieve when we work together with our union. 

Next steps 

The FSU will be on site at Knox on Wednesday 18 February to discuss these improvements in detail and answer any remaining questions or ongoing concerns members may have.
