What does NAB’s Associate Model Pilot mean for you?

NAB has announced an Associate Model Pilot, impacting Customer Lending Solutions Associates (CLS) and Relationship Associates (RA). The pilot is planned to run for three months from October this year.

The pilot will test whether the functions of CLS and RAs can be combined into a single role. This raises important questions about how the pilot will work and what it means for your rights at work.

Our union, the FSU, is holding urgent online information sessions to discuss your concerns and feedback, explain your workplace rights during this process, and determine our next steps together.

Please register for your preferred session below to secure your spot.

These sessions are open to all CLS and RA employees, so please forward this email to anyone affected so they can join.
