You’re invited: The quiet PPL revolution in finance

Did you know that men are now taking paid parental leave (PPL) at similar or higher rates than women in some parts of the finance sector?

It’s part of a quiet revolution happening in the finance industry – and now our union is pushing to make universal PPL the standard across the rest of the sector.

Join us online on 28 September, as we mark Finance Equal Pay Day and launch the FSU’s new report, The Leave Revolution: The Case for Universal Paid Parental Leave.

We’ll be joined by special guest speakers, who will share how universal PPL is already becoming a reality in parts of the finance sector – and why it matters for closing the gender pay gap for good.

We'll also hear directly from FSU members about their experiences using PPL, and discuss what we need to do as a union movement to make universal PPL a reality for everyone.
