Bendigo Bank cuts – your redundancy, redeployment and retrenchment rights

Consultation has now concluded regarding Bendigo Bank's latest proposed cuts to Mortgage Help and Collections, Deceased Estates, and Consumer Lending Operations teams.

Following our recent FSU online meeting where we provided impacted staff with initial information, we are holding a follow-up meeting for FSU members to provide more detailed advice.

Specifically, we will cover your rights around redundancy, redeployment and retrenchment, as well as provide advice on the selection process and any updates on the changes to Consumer Lending Operations and Customer Care.

This meeting is for FSU members only – non-members will not be admitted into the meeting. If you are not yet a member of our union, we strongly urge you to join today to ensure you receive the advice and support you need during this crucial time at Bendigo Bank.

Remember, our union is here to support members during this difficult time and ensure you receive your correct entitlements and that Bendigo Bank follows due process. If you have any concerns, please reply to this email and we'll be in touch.
