Having access to toilets and water at work is a basic right, not a perk. Toilet visits can occur during and outside your scheduled breaks to ensure you have a safe work environment at Brighter Super. 
 
Concerningly, our FSU Workplace Representatives have heard reports that extra toilet visits may result in worked overtime being reduced or not paid.

You should never feel uncomfortable about taking a toilet break at work. What’s more, some members may have personal or specific reasons and/or needs that require more frequent toilet visit, such as pregnancy or medical conditions.
