Putting our concerns to Westpac’s board

We’ve got the perfect opportunity to put our concerns to Westpac CEO Anothony Miller and the Westpac board at this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on 11 December in Sydney.

Your Westpac Reps Isabelle Fish and Penny Stefanou will be asking some critical questions on behalf of Westpac employees, including what management is doing to provide clarity and certainty around job cuts and job security, as well as seeking reassurances about the UNITE program, including guarantees for workers and a real say on future jobs at Westpac.

We’ll also ask what the bank is doing to close their gender pay gap, which is the worst of any major bank.

Want to attend the AGM?

All shareholders have a right to attend the AGM. If you are a Westpac shareholder located near Sydney and are interested in joining your FSU Reps at the AGM, let us know by emailing [email protected]. If you can’t make it but would like to submit a question for the board, please also email us.

It’s time to hold the Westpac board to account and put our concerns front and centre.

We’ll let you know how Westpac responds!
