We’ve reviewed the SS&C contracts – what you need to know

SS&C has now released letters of offer and employment contracts to employees they propose to transfer to the new business as part of the MasterTrust acquisition.

The FSU has reviewed these template contracts and raised specific concerns with SS&C on behalf of members – see a summary of these concerns here.

In most cases, SS&C has now either amended the contracts before issuing them or provided additional commitments to the FSU regarding the application of the Insignia Enterprise Agreement and relevant legislation.

Next steps

SS&C has asked FSU members to sign and return their letter of offer by close of business on Monday 12 May.

The FSU is here to help. If you have any questions or concerns before signing your offer or contract, please reply to this email or contact our Members Rights Centre on 1300 366 378 so we can provide you with expert advice.
