Community First Credit Union EA negotiations are starting soon

Community First Credit Union has now issued the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR), which means negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) will start soon.

The FSU will be representing employees throughout bargaining for the new EA. If you're a member, the FSU is automatically your representative and you do not need to take any action.

Before it begins, it's more important than ever that we hear from you about your priorities for our new Agreement.  Your feedback will help shape the claims we take into negotiations on behalf of members.

If you know colleagues who haven't completed the survey yet, please encourage them to have their say as well.

The more union members we have, the better our chances are of negotiating a fair deal.
