Cost of living pressures have increased dramatically over the last few years, and we have adapted to different ways of working after the pandemic. So, it is important that this new Agreement reflects the new environment in which we all work.
Forming a new Agreement is a process that everyone can get involved in – so this is your opportunity to share your view on the issues that matter to you.
