Time to vote ‘yes’ to new Allianz Enterprise Agreement

It’s time to vote on the proposed Allianz Enterprise Agreement. You have until Monday 25 November, 5pm (ADST) to cast your vote.

FSU members have stood together to achieve significant improvements to management’s original offer. Here’s what we’ve secured:

  • A bigger salary pool (10% over three years)
  • Guaranteed minimum pay rises (7.5% over three years)
  • Paid parental leave increased to 18 weeks
  • Annual leave loading payment for employees currently on the Westpac EA, as well as protections of existing entitlements, including redundancy, compassionate leave, wellbeing days, and transition to retirement entitlements.

You can find a summary of the proposed Agreement here.

How do I vote?

By now you should have received an email from CorpVote with instructions on how to cast your confidential vote. If you haven’t received your email, please contact CorpVote immediately on 1300 710 950.

If you have any questions about the proposed EA, please reply to this email.

Together, union members made all the difference!

This great result shows that when we stand together, we win better working conditions for everyone. But there is more to be done, and with stronger union membership we can continue to achieve even more.

If you’re not already an FSU member, now is the best time to join, or ask a colleague to join.

Don’t forget to cast your vote before Monday 25 November, 5pm (ADST).
