Allianz improves offer – FSU info session

Thanks to significant pressure from FSU members, Allianz management has shifted their position on a number of issues and presented a new and improved offer.

We are now in a position to recommend this new offer to FSU members, and the proposed offer will soon be put to a vote of all Allianz staff.

On top of the improvements that were previously agreed to, management is now offering:

  • Additional improvements to previous pay increases proposed by Allianz to match recent offers made by other employers in the insurance sector.
  • Further improvements to paid parental leave
  • Additional arrangement for Westpac heritage employees in addition to protections previously agreed to.

Thank you to those members who provided feedback to the FSU on management’s previous offer. Your feedback was crucial to moving the needle and getting management to understand our deeply felt concerns.
