ANZ dismisses office mandate concerns – time for action

FSU members and union officials recently met with ANZ senior management over how their office attendance mandate has impacted us, our families and our overall wellbeing. Read our response here

At that meeting, ANZ rejected our call for a repeal of their office mandate policy. This is despite internal ‘MyVoice’ survey responses strongly supporting our concerns.

Almost unbelievably, ANZ’s view is this can be resolved merely through more communication and by placing a greater burden on local leaders.

Next steps

ANZ has refused to listen to our concerns about the consequences this mandate is having, so it’s now time for action. Let us know what actions you are prepared to take here.

Register and join our FSU meeting where we’ll discuss management’s dismissive response and consider how we’ll move forward in our campaign to get this unreasonable mandate overturned.

Tuesday 30 april, 12pm (AEST)

This meeting is open to all ANZ colleagues so invite your team to come along.
