ANZ has announced a series of significant changes and restructures across the Group Technology division.  

ANZ has initiated a consultation period – affected employees should have already been notified by ANZ.  

Our union is holding important information sessions for affected employees to hear your feedback and help you understand your rights.  

Additionally, we will identify what support or options we need from ANZ and discuss next steps.

Remember, under our ANZ Enterprise Agreement, you have rights and are entitled to fair process and proper consultation. Management is required to: 

• consult with you about the introduction of these proposed changes. 

• speak with you about the effects the changes are likely to have on you. 

• consider your feedback and any proposed alterations you have. 

• implement measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of the changes.
