It’s time to gather the evidence ANZ cannot ignore

ANZ employees are continuing to report concerns about increasing workload pressures, unacceptable staffing levels, unpaid hours and missed breaks. We know this is impacting your health and wellbeing – and now we need to turn your concerns into the kind of evidence that ANZ cannot ignore.

Please complete our workload and hours of work audit, which will help our union push for practical solutions that will benefit all employees.

We’ve fought hard for the right to reasonable working hours, proper breaks, payment or recognition for additional hours worked, and a safe and healthy workplace. And while your concerns have also been raised directly with ANZ’s CEO, the time has come for Mr Matos to understand the scale at which these things are slipping away.

Specifically, this audit will help identify where the pressures are occurring, what’s causing them, and what needs to change. Take the audit now.

Any information you provide will remain anonymous. The audit will take approximately 15 minutes to complete – we understand your time is precious, but the more detailed evidence we have, the harder it will be for ANZ to ignore your concerns.

Similarly, the more staff who complete the audit, the stronger our evidence will be – so please share this email with your colleagues and encourage them to also complete the audit.
