In the last round of Enterprise Agreement negotiations, employees achieved a major win: for the first time in over a decade, we secured a genuine fixed pay increase. This delivered certainty you can count on.
We also won a new right to be consulted on and influence our pay increase for 2025.
These outcomes weren’t offered by ANZ out of a sense of generosity. They were won through members standing together and taking action. By continuing to work together, we can achieve further important wins like this.
Discussions between our union and ANZ regarding our 2025 pay increase are expected to begin in the coming weeks,so now’s the time to have your say.
