ANZ: Our chance to make ANZ repeal the return-to-office mandate

The MyVoice survey is now open and is our opportunity to make management listen.

As a result of ANZ’s return to office mandate, FSU members have reported:

  • increased stress at work and home,
  • less time with their children,
  • impacts on caring responsibilities, and
  • impacts to their physical and mental wellbeing.

It’s not good enough.

The MyVoice survey is our opportunity to use our voices and make management listen.

Ahead of our next meeting about the return-to-office mandate, we know management will be paying close attention to the results of the MyVoice survey.

Check your emails for a link to the MyVoice survey and complete it today to share your feedback, thoughts, and concerns about being required to attend the office 50% of the time.

Our solutions

We know what it will take to solve our concerns – management must repeal the 50% mandate, facilitate genuine flexibility at the local/team level, and guarantee office attendance does not impact on end-of-year reviews.

However, we need to keep the spotlight on our concerns.

The MyVoice survey is anonymous but it’s a powerful reflection of employee sentiment. Be sure to ask your colleagues to complete the survey and join the FSU as well.
