ANZ: Our first chance in seven years for better pay

For the first time in seven years ANZ have finally agreed to negotiate around our pay and conditions.

We are experiencing a cost-of-living crisis and have witnessed unprecedented and accelerated changes to our workplaces because of COVID-19. This is our best opportunity to secure better pay and conditions for the future.

Support our bargaining agenda

Through April, ANZ colleagues like yourself have provided feedback on what we want in a new ANZ Enterprise Agreement.

Based on your feedback we’ve put together a Log of Claims that clearly outlines what’s needed for this to be an industry leading agreement.
