ANZ has once again recorded massive profits this year – $6.7 billion in the 2024 financial year.
These profits were undoubtedly made off the back of our hard work as employees – and this was despite ANZ dismissing our concerns around its unreasonable office attendance mandate.
Banks have a responsibility to treat their employees fairly and ensure we all benefit from these record profits.
Now, we’ve got a perfect opportunity to put our concerns about our pay, working conditions and job security to ANZ’s CEO and board at this year’s ANZ Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will be held on Thursday 19 December.
The FSU and union representatives will be attending the AGM, and we want to hear from you. What would you ask ANZ CEO Shayne Elliot?
