Yesterday, ANZ workers from across the country met to discuss management’s minimum 50% return to office mandate and inclusion in annual performance reviews.
Members expressed their frustration and disappointment that the executive team have ignored our significant contributions in delivering ANZ’s record profits and instead have issued this unreasonable directive.
This decision will have a significant negative impact on staff with members reporting having to face additional transport costs and increased travel time and related stress, while having less time with family.
Let’s work together to achieve a fairer outcome.
