Last week, your FSU bargaining team met with ANZ for a two-day intensive negotiation regarding your pay, hours of work and other key conditions.
During these discussions, ANZ confirmed that we will begin receiving our individual role grading and remuneration letters from this week.
These letters will outline specific information, including:
- How our roles are mapped to the ANZ classification system
- Proposed changes to salary due to the shift to a 40-hour week
- Proposed changes to salary due to the annual salary increase.
Importantly, the remuneration details in our letters are not final and remain subject to further negotiations.
