We’re meeting with Nuno Matos. What do you want him to hear?

We have an opportunity next week to put ANZ and Suncorp Bank employees’ experiences, concerns and priorities directly to the bank’s most senior decision-maker, CEO Nuno Matos.

FSU National Secretary Julia Angrisano and FSU National President Wendy Streets will sit down with Mr Matos on Wednesday 10 June.

Before we do, we want to hear from you.

We know you have a lot to say about the direction ANZ is taking, including on workloads, job security, changing expectations around KPIs, hybrid work, the integration of Suncorp Bank, and the impact of ongoing change across ANZ.

Your feedback will inform the issues we raise and ensure the meeting reflects the real experiences of ANZ and Suncorp Bank employees.

Submit your feedback before next Wednesday’s meeting and help us ensure the CEO hears directly from the people who keep ANZ running.
