Are we going to accept NAB’s in-office attendance increase?

Yesterday, more than 1000 NAB colleagues came together to discuss the bank’s proposal to increase mandatory office attendance.

The message was loud and clear: we’ve had enough.

It’s a message shared by finance workers across the sector, and has garnered widespread interest across national media.

If successful, NAB’s decision will set a dangerous precedent for employers across the finance sector.

Can you spare a few seconds to sign our open letter calling on NAB CEO Andrew Irvine to scrap the bank’s return to office proposal?

Colleagues described the proposal as tone deaf and out of touch with the real challenges workers face. Many called it a step backwards that ignored the proven success of flexible work and the need for genuine work-life balance.

What’s more, NAB employees have delivered for the bank – including helping achieve a record $3.6 billion half-year profit. Now it’s time for NAB to deliver for us.

Sign our letter today and send a clear message that we’re not going to allow our flexible work arrangements to go backwards.

Together, we can win

We’ve done it before. Together we successfully voted down NAB’s sub-standard Enterprise Agreement proposal and forced the bank to come back with improvements. That success came from staying informed and standing together. We can do it again.
