BUPA has announced it intends to outsource 141 Digital Advisor positions to the Philippines, along with five Team Leader roles.
This is devastating news for those workers who will be impacted by this decision, and we understand many members will feel understandably anxious about their futures at BUPA.
It’s also incredibly disappointing that BUPA has made the decision not to invest in its own employees and in local jobs.
The FSU will be engaging directly with BUPA to ensure all affected employees receive their correct entitlements. We will also provide any support you may need throughout this process.
Management is seeking feedback from those staff who are impacted by this outsourcing.
