IFSIS: Your 4% pay rise is on its way

Great news! IFSIS has confirmed that a 4% administrative pay increase will be applied to all eligible IFSIS employees and will be back paid to July 2023. This backpay will be in your accounts before the Christmas break.

In addition, IFSIS is willing to negotiate with us for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) in the new year, which will include further pay raises for staff.

With EA negotiations on the horizon, now is the most important time to become an FSU member, so we can stand together to achieve the best outcomes.

If you are not an FSU member you can join here today.

Or if you’d like to have a discussion or get more involved in our union community, contact FSU Organiser Dylan Clements on 0403 947 721 or [email protected]

Have a safe holiday period and we look forward to working with you again next year.
