FSU information session: Better pay and conditions at IFS

Pay increases, better leave entitlements, hybrid working arrangements, improved workloads and staffing...

These are some of the things we'll be seeking from IFS in our new Enterprise Agreement (EA).

We developed this agenda based on your responses to our recent survey. You can read our full agenda here.

Before negotiations kick off, join us for an EA meeting on Monday 25 May at 12pm (AEST) to discuss the agenda and our next steps.

If you work in the Super Recoveries team, you will receive 15 minutes of paid time to attend the meeting and can use short breaks to stay longer if you wish.

Can’t make the meeting? You can still support our agenda here.

Here's where we're up to with securing our new Enterprise Agreement:

We all have a role to play to ensure we get the pay and conditions we deserve. Help us get there by taking the following steps now!

  1.  for better wages and conditions.
  2. Forward this email to your colleagues so everyone knows what's happening.
  3. If you're not yet a member of the Finance Sector Union, .
