Aware Super: Let’s negotiate a pay rise!

If our recent win for staff in Aware Super’s Member Engagement Team shows us anything, it’s that we can achieve so much more when we work together through our union.

Now, negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement are kicking off soon – it’s our chance to negotiate the kind of fair wages and working conditions that we deserve.

The first step is to tell us what you would like improved at Aware Super via our short online survey.

Whether you’re concerned about pay, flexibility, overtime or something else, this is your chance to influence our negotiations with management.

How do we secure the pay and conditions we want?

The main thing that will influence management’s position on key issues – including our pay rises – is whether you and your colleagues are engaged with what’s going on.

In other words, we’ve all got a role to play.

Here’s how you can make a difference right now:

  • Take our survey and make your voice heard.
  • Join the FSU – If you’re not already a member, be part of the team that’s fighting for a fair deal at Aware Super. The more employees who join the FSU, the stronger our voice will be.
  • If you are a member, forward this email to a colleague and encourage them to join.
  • Get familiar with the process of negotiating our new Enterprise Agreement so we stand the best chance of winning.

We’ve seen it time and time again: those workplaces where staff are engaged, active, and members of our union are the ones that achieve the best results.

Let’s make it happen at Aware Super!
