Aware Super not ready to respond to our offer

We recently met with Aware Super to continue negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement.

Importantly, on 16 February we gave Aware Super a settlement proposal that we could support. If Aware Super accepts this proposal, we will be able to support the Enterprise Agreement.

We were hoping that Aware Super management would come to our latest meeting with a positive response to our proposal.

Instead, they gave us a presentation on Aware Super’s remuneration policy.

Management also stated that they are not ready to respond to our settlement proposal and will try to respond on 2 April 2026.

Our union remains committed to securing pay increases that reward our contribution to the Fund, and that keep ahead of the increasing cost of living. We will not accept any Enterprise Agreement proposal from Aware Super that does not recognise us with fair pay increases.

We will keep you updated on how negotiations progress. And if you’re not yet a member of our union, join now to ensure you receive the support and protection you need.
