Since Bendigo Bank announced changes to its in-office requirement without consultation, we’ve received significant feedback about the impact this will have on employees. These changes are affecting workers in many ways, including:
- Financial strain: Increased commuting costs and out-of-hours school care arrangements.
- Disruptions to family and home life: Longer commutes and reduced flexibility.
- Work/life balance.
- Productivity concerns.
We’ve also heard from many employees who may be eligible for flexible work arrangements and are keen to understand how they can access these options.
We’re taking action to ensure your voice is heard – join our online meeting to discuss our campaign against the increased in-office mandate and find out more about flexible work arrangements.
