Bendigo Bank’s increased in-office mandate – tell us your feedback

Bendigo Bank has announced a change to their 40% in-office requirement – from 1 July 2025, staff who work from home will now be required to work in the office 60% of the time.

Office attendance will also be linked to a compliance gateway in performance reviews.

It’s disappointing that Bendigo Bank has made this decision without any consultation with employees.

However, the six-month notice period does provide an opportunity for us to provide our feedback, including any concerns or questions we may have, so our union can advocate for any necessary changes.
