Better pay at Aware Super. Are you in?

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on what’s important in our new Aware Super Enterprise Agreement (EA). 

This feedback has formed the basis of our joint agenda with CPSU and bargaining reps to improve pay and conditions at Aware Super, which we will present to management.

Our FSU agenda includes:

  • Pay increases to ensure wages stay ahead of the cost of living.
  • Improvements to leave entitlements.
  • A commitment to hybrid working.
  • Workloads and staffing protections.
