CareSuper bargaining update – urgent briefing Friday

After months of negotiations, this week, CareSuper has put forward a pay offer of 3.5% per year, or CPI, whichever is higher, for the next three years.

Your FSU bargaining team has rejected this offer. Pay is not the only issue still outstanding – key conditions such as parental leave and other entitlements remain well below industry standards. CareSuper must do better.

This is a critical moment in bargaining. Join our FSU briefing session on Friday 12 September, 1pm (AEST), where we’ll provide a full update on negotiations, discuss the pay offer and other outstanding items, and decide how we respond to management.
