The FSU has provided feedback to CareSuper management on the draft Enterprise Agreement (EA). The access period has now started – this is your chance toreview the proposed agreement before voting opens.

Paid parental leave improved

After FSU members told our union the paid parental leave (PPL) entitlement being offered wasn’t good enough, we initiated constructive and open communication with the fund to seek to improve it.

As a result, we secured a stronger outcome on PPL – one that reflects the needs of working families, increases PPL over the life of the agreement, and aligns our entitlement in part to what other funds provide.

Next steps

1. Access period now open – this is your chance toget familiar with the offer.
2. Time to vote! The ballot will open on Wednesday 29 October from 8am and close on Thursday 30 October at 2pm. The vote will be conducted by independent company GoVote. Information on this process will be available shortly.
