Thank you to those who came along to our workshops last week to discuss Cbus’ Enterprise Agreement (EA) proposal.
Both our survey and these workshops showed that the biggest concerns with the Cbus proposal are:
- Flexibility – specifically the ability for Cbus to direct us to work in the office.
- Pay and term – the four-year duration of the EA presents a risk in the event that CPI increases.
Having heard your feedback on the proposal, we have put the following preliminary proposal back to Cbus – noting that it is subject to member feedback.
- Flexibility
- Flexibility arrangements will ensure that there is regular contact with the office, that work can be performed to meet the needs of your role and Fund members, and that our needs are met.
- There will be no Fund-wide mandate of office days.
- Office days will be agreed with our team leaders.
- Pay and term
- A three-year Agreement with pay increases of:
- Year 1: 5%
- Year 2: 4%
- Year 3: 4%
If you have any feedback on this proposal, please reply to this email and let us know by COB tomorrow, Wednesday 22 May 2024.
If you have any questions about the proposal or would like to discuss what it means for you and your team, contact us or your FSU organiser Phil Robinson on 0434 169 444 or [email protected].
