Suncorp Bank is proposing changes to our hours of work and work patterns, and has commenced a consultation process.
These changes are intended to align Suncorp Bank employees with ANZ’s 40-hour work week and have arisen from the outcome of our Suncorp Bank 2025 Enterprise Agreement.
To help you understand what management is proposing, the FSU is holding information and consultation sessions for all Suncorp Bank employees who may be impacted. We strongly encourage you to attend by registering for your preferred session below. Please also forward this email to your colleagues and encourage them to attend.
This is our opportunity to directly influence how these changes are implemented before any final decisions are made — including what supports or adjustments are required due to impacts to our personal arrangements, such as family or caring arrangements.
