Negotiations for our new Suncorp Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) are underway. This agreement is our chance to ensure we have one set of pay and conditions that fairly reflects all our contributions.
Thank you to everyone who recently provided feedback on what we want in our new EA. Based on your feedback,we’ve put together our Log of Claims, which outlines what’s needed for an industry leading agreement and one that we can all be proud of.
But management isn’t going to hand us anything on a plate – we will only be successful if all Suncorp Bank workers stand together and show management we’re serious about getting a fair deal.
