Since late 2023, Bupa has been trialling a nine-day fortnight for specific departments and teams.
Now, some FSU members have expressed a desire to have this nine-day fortnight expanded to more Bupa staff.
In order for our union to raise this with Bupa and for members to potentially negotiate a suitable outcome, we need to know whether there is widespread interest among a majority of Bupa employees.
