FSU escalates dispute with NAB over restructure and job losses

Following NAB’s announcement to restructure the Technology and Enterprise Operations division, members have raised serious concerns about job losses, financial hardship, and the unsustainable workloads that will remain for those who stay.

Members have also expressed frustration that jobs are being outsourced to Vietnam and India. Long-serving staff, in particular, feel betrayed after years of loyalty and contribution to the bank.

Our dispute against NAB

The FSU has escalated to a formal dispute with NAB regarding its restructure of the Technology and Enterprise Operations division. We are concerned that NAB has misapplied our Enterprise Agreement.

The FSU will be meeting with NAB on Thursday this week to seek a resolution. We will continue to update members as this matter progresses.
