FSU info sessions: Proposed Aware Super Enterprise Agreement

Our proposed Aware Super Enterprise Agreement will be put to a ballot on Thursday 28 May, 10am AEST to Friday 29 May, 6pm AEST. The access period is now open and is your opportunity to get the detail about what’s being offered.

Our union will be running two drop-in information sessions for you to hear more about the proposal, ask your questions, and discuss how you feel about the offer before deciding how we move forward together.

Some of the proposed improvements include:

  • Improved pay outcomes for levels 1 - 5, including CPI salary increase triggers and a 2.5% payment for level 1 - 5 employees.
  • Improvements to overtime and additional hours, including paid overtime eligibility for some packaged employees and recognition of excessive additional hours through TOIL.
  • New leave improvements, including reproductive health care leave, additional wellbeing days, and paid end of year shutdown arrangements.
