FSU meeting: Urgent consultation on Insignia restructures

Insignia has announced a series of significant restructures across the Advice Enablement and Advice Technology divisions as part of a partnership with Rhombus Advisory.

The FSU is holding an urgent consultation meeting for anyone impacted by these changes on Monday 22 September, 12pm (AEST). If you know a colleague who may be affected, please forward this email and encourage them to register.

If you are unable to attend, you can still have your voice heard by emailing [email protected] with any questions or concerns, and an FSU organiser will be in touch.

Our rights during consultation

Our Insignia Enterprise Agreement gives us rights during periods of significant change. Management is required to:

  • Consult with us about the introduction of these proposed changes
  • Discuss the effects the changes are likely to have on us
  • Consider our feedback and any alternatives or suggestions we may have
  • Implement measures to avert or reduce the adverse effects of the changes.

Consultation closes on Thursday 25 September, so it’s important to act quickly to make sure our questions and concerns are heard.

If you’re not yet an FSU member, now is the time to join. If you are already a member, ask a colleague to join with you.

We understand this is difficult news. The FSU will do everything possible to ensure you are protected and receive all your entitlements.
