Help shape our pay and conditions at Suncorp Insurance

Negotiations for our new Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement (EA) for insurance employees will begin shortly. These negotiations will cover only those employees within Suncorp’s insurance arm. Suncorp Bank employees who have moved to ANZ are not included in this process.

The existing Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement expired over five years ago. So these negotiations will be an important process and presents us with a unique opportunity to shape the future of our pay and working conditions.

Cost of living pressures are continuing to affect all of us and we have adapted to different ways of working after the pandemic, so it is very important that this new EA reflects the new environment in which we all work.
