HESTA EA negotiations – important report back sessions

Negotiations for our new HESTA Enterprise Agreement (EA) are continuing and we had our latest bargaining meeting this week on 27 February. We discussed items like flexibility, the joint consultative committee and reproductive health care leave.

Importantly, we spent a fair portion of the meeting discussing menopause and menstruation leave as HESTA management and the FSU bargaining team are a long way apart on this issue. We’d like to discuss this important issue with you – please join us at one of our report back meetings.

  • Tomorrow Friday 1 March, 11.30am (AEDT)

Please share this email, and ask your colleagues to come along too.
