HESTA – Our EA negotiations have resumed for 2024

We met with HESTA management this week to resume negotiations for our new HESTA Enterprise Agreement (EA). We discussed pay, flexibility and leave, and told HESTA their initial leave positions are inadequate.

We’ll be responding to their latest position once we hear what members have to say.

So it’s important we capture your thoughts and feedback on what was discussed.
