How does RBA’s pay offer compare?

Don’t just take our word for it – when it comes to the RBA’s pay rise offer for our next Enterprise Agreement (EA), the numbers speak for themselves...

  • Great Southern Bank – applies to non-packaged employees across various roles
  • Westpac – applies to salary levels currently less than $112,000 base salary*
  • NAB – applies to salary levels currently less than $112,000 base salary*
  • CBA – applies to salary levels currently less than $125,000 base salary*

*Employees in salary bands above these levels may receive lower increases, but are also entitled to receive additional discretionary pay rises.

With inflation at 3.8% and a strong chance of it increasing, RBA employees have an opportunity to lock in fairer pay rises over the next three years that keep up with the cost of living.

It’s also an opportunity for the RBA to demonstrate how much they value us.

Tell the RBA you expect a pay rise that’s competitive with what colleagues in other workplaces are getting.

And if you’re not yet a member of our union, now is the time to join for the support and protection you need during this crucial phase of negotiations.
