How long did you spend commuting just to sit on Teams today?
Whether it was four hours or forty minutes, any increase in time that NAB employees spend sitting in traffic or on public transport is time wasted.
But NAB is determined to waste our time by increasing its in-office mandate.

Who knows? But we’ll be sure to clarify this with CEO Andrew Irvine during our expected meeting with him in July!
Working from home is a win-win. It’s good for productivity (thanks to employees, NAB posted a $7.1 billion profit last year) and it’s good for our work/life balance.
That’s why we’re pushing back on this proposed increase. Tomorrow morning (Wednesday), we’ll be outside NAB’s Parramatta and Docklands sites. We’ll be asking NAB employees toadd their commute to our tally. If you’re around, please say hi!
