Insignia EA ballot – time to have your say

The ballot for our Insignia Enterprise Agreement (EA) is now open and will close on Tuesday 8 October 2024, 5pm (AEDT).

Together, union members have achieved numerous improvements to our working conditions, including securing guaranteed pay increases, increases to superannuation, greater overtime provisions, greater leave entitlements, protecting redundancy provisions, a fair dispute process and protecting working from home arrangements.

You can find a summary of all the benefits members have secured here.

We recommend voting ‘yes’ in the ballot to lock in the improvements we have negotiated in this round of bargaining.

How does the voting process work?

The voting process is being administered by an independent third party, Vero Engagement & Voting Solutions Pty Ltd (Vero).

Today (1 October), Vero will send a unique link to your Insignia Financial email. The email will come from [email protected]. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If you have not received your email, contact Vero and the FSU.

Got questions about what’s on offer?

The FSU is holding a series of Q and A sessions to answer any questions you have regarding the proposed EA.

You can register for any of these sessions below:

Tuesday 1 October, 12pm (AEST)

Wednesday 2 October, 8am (AEST)

Thursday 3 October, 6pm (AEST)

Next steps

The improvements above show that when we stand together with our colleagues, we build better workplaces.

This EA is just the start – we have much more work to do around important issues still affecting us (such as hours of work, greater pay certainty and working from home). We need to continue the momentum so that we can keep making further improvements in the future.

Now is the best time to join the FSU if you haven’t already or encourage a colleague to become a member.

In unity,
Your FSU Team
