Insignia (IFL) has announced it will commence a consultation period now that it has signed an agreement with external technology and fund administrator SS&C to outsource the MasterTrust Technology and Operations division.
This consultation period includes the proposal to transfer approximately 1400 roles from IFL to SS&C starting mid-2025.
This announcement raises significant questions about the transfer process and its impact on your career, working conditions and rights.
