Insignia outsourcing – urgent FSU meetings

Insignia (IFL) has announced it will commence a consultation period now that it has signed an agreement with external technology and fund administrator SS&C to outsource the MasterTrust Technology and Operations division.

This consultation period includes the proposal to transfer approximately 1400 roles from IFL to SS&C starting mid-2025.

This announcement raises significant questions about the transfer process and its impact on your career, working conditions and rights.

Our union, the FSU, is holding urgent member meetings to address your concerns, explain our workplace rights and discuss next steps.
