Last week, your FSU bargaining team completed a two-day intensive bargaining session with Insignia as we continue working towards resolving the outstanding concerns you’ve raised about Insignia’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) proposal.
However, there was no movement from Insignia on the issues that matter most, such as redundancy, pay, working from home and annual leave loading. So we recommend that when Insignia puts this proposal to a ballot, all Insignia colleagues should vote No.

Yesterday, we received a revised draft of the proposed EA in full. We are now reviewing the draft EA and will be running a series of briefing and Q&A sessions to ensure everyone is fully informed about what is being proposed.
These are informal drop-in sessions where you and your colleagues can come and ask questions about the EA process, Insignia’s proposal or anything else.
EA briefings
These briefings will be a comprehensive overview of the proposed EA and how it will affect you and your colleagues.
If none of the session times work for you or your team, email us at [email protected] and one of our organisers will arrange a catch-up at a time that works for you.
Commit to voting No
Your EA will set out your pay and work conditions for years to come, which is why we need to get it right.
Insignia’s current proposal would see many of our most important conditions reduced or removed. It fundamentally fails to meet our needs. But together, we can achieve a deal that reflects and respects the needs of all colleagues.
Insignia hasn’t confirmed the ballot dates. So, keep an eye out for more information from the FSU as we finalise our review of the proposed EA and receive details about the ballot. In the meantime, if you have any questions reply to this email and one of our organisers will be in touch.
