Thank you to everyone who attended yesterday’s urgent member meetings to discuss Insignia’s decision to impose changes to our work from home flexibility.
At the meeting, members resolved to lodge a formal dispute with Insignia. This dispute addresses two key concerns:
- The unilateral enforcement of a 60% in-office mandate for People Leaders through performance metrics
- The redefinition of what constitutes a “day” in the office.
Both changes have been implemented without the six months’ notice required under the Enterprise Agreement (EA).
These actions significantly impact flexible work arrangements and risk undermining the hard-won protections in our EA. Members were clear: Insignia’s approach represents an act of bad faith and must be challenged.
To move forward, we’re calling on all members to sign the dispute letter by COB Wednesday 23 July. Your signature is critical to demonstrate all Insignia colleagues support this dispute, and to ensure our rights under the Agreement are enforced.
