What to consider
BUPA is proposing the following:
Pay: Pay increases over three years ranging from between 9% and 13% depending on your Zone (classification) level.
Super: Increases to employer superannuation. How does it stack up to requirements under law?
Leave: Adjustments to certain forms of leave including paid parental leave and gender affirmation leave.
Work from home arrangements: This was the focus for many FSU members in developing our FSU Log of Claims.
Join our urgent FSU meeting this Thursday to hear about BUPA’s position on these issues and important next steps.
It is important that all Bupa members are informed on developments around your next EA.
Please make sure your colleagues are aware of these meetings and invite them to come with you. If you’re not already an FSU member, make sure you join and have your say.
