It’s time for BUPA to hear from all of us!

At our last negotiations, BUPA presented a pay and conditions proposal for our 2024 Enterprise Agreement. FSU members have now met to consider management’s initial proposals against our Union claim.

Here’s a summary of what BUPA has proposed, compared to what we’ve asked for:

Through our initial FSU meetings, members have already identified key issues such as the critical need for a cost of living pay increase for all staff, workload issues, and the protection of work from home arrangements.

Members are doing it tough and said BUPA must address these issues.
